WHAT GEAR DO I NEED?
You will need a camera, at least
1 lens. (at least 1 wide angle) You
will want a notebook of some sort,
computer, card reader and HD.
DO I NEED TO SECURE SUBJECTS?
Nope! I am going to take care of
all of the planning regarding the
day of the workshop. The photographic
challenges will be all secured prior to
the workshop.
WILL WE BE BREAKING FOR LUNCH?
There will be overlap with lunch and class. To
make the most out of our short time together we
will be catering/ordering in food. Prior to our coming
together Molly or Kristen will be reaching out to
inquire about any food allergies, restrictions or
dislikes so that the menu is confirmed before we
ever even meet!
WHAT WILL WE BE DOING VIRTUALLY?
We will be meeting about two months after
our time together to look as some work you’ve
made during and since Denver. We will talk
about breakthroughs as well as continued obstacles
and how to continue to push forward to strengthen
your photographic executions, decision making,
storytelling and most importantly confidence and voice.
WHAT CAN I DO TO MENTALLY PREPARE?
Ideally, the best thing you can do to prepare for our
time together is to plan to arrive with an open mind and
heart. I, most likely, am going to push you into a space that
feels uncomfortable at some point during the day. I believe
that the biggest opportunities for growth come from this
discomfort. If you walk in with the mindset that anything
CAN be possible, your chances of experiencing positive
impact from Breaking Through is inevitable.
DO I HAVE TO PUBLICLY SHARE?
The short answer is no. You do not HAVE to do anything.
That being said, the entire point of this being a group
experience is not only to learn from one another but
to support one another along the way. One of the most
beautiful things about life is just how much overlap
there is in share life experience. If you have challenges
I GUARANTEE you that someone else in the group
has experienced something similar.
LOOKING FORWARD TO WORKING
WITH YOU IN MAY!
If you have ANY more questions between now and then PLEASE do not hesitate to reach out at any time.
Molly and Kristen are both eager to assist you on the back end in preparation for our time together.
Balances will be due the week before the workshop and you will receive a reminder.
See you soon!
